Steph Lasch, LMT, CFT is a co-owner of Mastiff Fitness and owner of StoneWater Massage & Skin Care (StoneWater Health LLC) and has over 6 years of experience in the massage & spa industry. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Certified Fitness/Personal Trainer (CFT). She graduated from Minnesota School of Business – Globe University for massage therapy, and graduated in 2003 with a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Accounting from Minnesota State University. She specializes in Pre/Postnatal/Pregnancy, Fertility and Infant Massage, Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy (the Dalton method), Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (Chaitow), as well as the Bellanina Facelift Massage technique.

Her certifications and licenses are as follows: Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Certified Personal Trainer (CFT), Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist (CPMT), Massage Doula, Certified Infant Massage Therapist/Instructor, Certified Fertility Massage Specialist (CFMS), Certified Bellanina Facelift Massage Specialist (CBFMS), Specialist in Sports Nutrition (SSN), Certified Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist (CMT), Certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist (CNMT), Certified in Infant Resuscitation, Certified CPR/AED.
