I really have a passion for what I do. When I created StoneWater Massage & Skin Care and Mastiff Fitness, I had a vision in mind – I wanted a place where massage was affordable to the general public, to have a place to be a mentor to massage therapists still developing their talents, and provide an environment of excellence. It’s a wonderful feeling to be able to sit back and see how the company has transformed in just the past year.

Part of my commitment to excellence is continued training through continuing education, research, and working effectively with my peers. I’ve established some great working relationships with area massage therapy schools which helps put StoneWater Massage & Skin Care in a preferred position for graduates.

I am the owner and visionary of StoneWater Massage & Skin Care (StoneWater Health LLC) and Mastiff Fitness and have over 6 years of experience in the massage & spa industry. I graduated from Minnesota School of Business – Globe University and hit the ground running with a mission. I also have 2 degrees from Minnesota State University in Accounting and Economics. I specialize in Pre/Postnatal/Pregnancy and Infant Massage, Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, as well as the Bellanina Facelift Massage technique. I think the main reason why clients want to schedule an appointment with me is my personable nature in determining the need, making an assessment, and creating a plan to achieve specific goals. My personal clients know I’m going to go above and beyond to take care of them, and even put in time after work to do research and provide stretching homework. My relationships with my clients are extremely valuable to me. Each person I have the honor to massage brings something unique and gratifying to the table.

My certifications and licenses are as follows: Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist (CPMT), Massage Doula, Certified Infant Massage Therapist/Instructor, Certified Bellanina Facelift Massage Specialist (CBFMS), Specialist in Sports Nutrition (SSN), Certified Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist (CMT), Certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist (CNMT), Certified in Infant Resuscitation, Certified CPR/AED.
